Tatyana Gubij

My enthusiasm for the Russian language is my key to your success – together we will achieve a lot and speak in my mother tongue, which will make us equally happy. My hobbies of drawing and illustrating help me to give my lessons a creative touch, which helps you to reach our common goal and to make our lessons even more interesting and entertaining.

I gained my Bachelor and Master degrees with distinction from the philological faculty of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University (Nikolayev, Ukraine) in 2010. By the way: My diploma thesis dealt with Swiss dialects.

My area of expertise lies in teaching foreign languages and literature. Back in my country, I worked as a translator and a Russian, German and English interpreter for international pharmaceutical companies until 2014. I gained my teaching experience in Ukraine, where I taught Russian and German as foreign languages for adults. The meaning of words in different cultures as well as their translation into Russian, German or English is something I think about every day.

I look forward to helping you learn the fascinating Russian words and language with a creative approach in the Russian Language Studio.
